Dear Friend of HPRP,
At this time of year, many of us are celebrating with family and friends, exchanging gifts and giving thanks for everything we have. But we know that many people are living a different reality. Those who have hoped – still hope – for a better life in the U.S. are worried, and with good reason.
Donate to help families
With the new administration about to take office, we are facing the likelihood of much tighter rules on immigration. The window for admitting refugees may close quickly. To take advantage of the time we have, HPRP has agreed to sponsor two new families before the inauguration.
We’re excited about this opportunity to do what we do best. But heeding the call requires strong and immediate action. We urgently need donations of money and goods, as well as new volunteers to help these families as they join our supportive community.

Your support means everything
We would not have agreed to accept new families if we weren’t confident we could count on you, our HPRP family. In this season of giving, we urge you to contribute now, as generously as you can. You can do even more by making your gift a monthly contribution, which gives us the ability to plan for the future and take advantage of unexpected opportunities like this.
Thank you for your heartfelt support of the Hyde Park Refugee Project and the families we serve.
